Praying Friends -
Would you join us in prayer? We visited the doctor yesterday for a sonogram. Kristin is just over 17 weeks along. The doctor detected two large cysts in the cranium. Everything else is normal and good… but – quite obviously – these cysts are troubling. It is hard to say what could happen. At this particular stage in development, the doctor thinks that it is unlikely that the cysts will go away on their own. But we know that our God is not bound by what is likely or unlikely! Would you please pray for God’s protection over the baby?
Before the end of July we will visit a doctor who specializes in this sort of thing. He can give us a better idea of what is happening and what can be done. Ultimately, however, our faith is not in this doctor, but in God. Please join us in praying for the baby. Pray for Kristin’s health (physical, emotional, spiritual) and our family as we process all these things.
